After 24 Hours:
Plans change? No worries! If you cancel after the 24-hour window, we’ll convert your payment into a rental credit for future use. This credit is non-transferable, but there’s no expiration—use it whenever you’re ready to book again. Flexibility and convenience, on your terms!

Cancellation & Refunds for Purchased Items

If your purchased merchandise doesn’t meet your expectations or arrives defective, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You’ll also receive a return label, which you can easily print online, making returns as smooth and convenient as possible.

Condition of Equipment: All rental equipment, including scooters, wheelchairs, and strollers, must be returned in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear. You are responsible for any damage or loss and will be charged accordingly.

Risk of Loss: The renter assumes all risks associated with the loss, damage, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.
